What is the best way to reheat the meals?

The containers provided are microwave safe! Throw the meal in the microwave for around 1-2 minutes and enjoy! If you have the time, stovetop is a great option too.

How long are the meals' shelf life?

USDA states prepared meals are good in the refrigerator for 4-5 days or frozen for 3-4 months.

What should I do with the containers?

Our containers are 100% recyclable, just toss them in your recycling bin after use!

Where do we pick up the meals?

Once the meals are prepared, I will contact you via text or email to confirm the pickup time and location!

Yes! All meals are measured & calculated for you. You will receive the product description & macros for each meal.
